The interim committee of the ruling APC under the leadership of Mai Mala Buni will convene today for the party's general assembly scheduled for February 2022.
The committee will discuss its work and the final preparations for the party's national convention.
A source at the party headquarters in Abuja said the 13-member committee would review reports from the 33 state assembly elections and discuss the leadership crisis in Oyo State.
The source added that after the meeting, the exact date of the meeting is expected to be announced as the issue is not on the agenda of the meeting.
While reviewing the postponement of the party's convention in Anambra State, the committee will receive a statement from the party's national secretary, Senator James Akpanudoedehe.
